When you place an order with Simply Saunas (a trading name of Puritti Ltd., Company Number 05124738), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Puritti Ltd. reserves the right to amend, alter, or update these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice or acceptance of blame arising from the change. For the remainder of these terms and conditions simply Saunas and Puritti Ltd. may be referred to as 'the company', 'us', 'our' or 'we'; and the customer or their representative(s) may be referred to as 'you', 'your' or 'the customer'.
   
 
1.1 We strongly advise the customer to check the product requirements and recommendations against the suitability and positioning in the property prior to confirming an order with us.
1.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, verbally or in writing, before or after an order is placed. Refunds will be credited within 30 days.
1.3 All specifications, sizes and technical details are accurate to the best of our knowledge however specifications may change without notice. We will do our utmost to reach a satisfactory outcome should this situation arise.
 
   
 
2.1 At point of ordering we will require a deposit or full payment with cleared funds by way of credit or debit card, bank transfer, bankers draft or cheque.
2.2 Prior to dispatch of the order we will require any balance of funds to be paid by the customer, at which point delivery to the address supplied will commence.
 
   
 
3.1 Once an order is placed, should you change your mind or decide you do not want the goods, you are entitled a 7 day 'cooling off' period during which time you can cancel or return your order (as long as they are unused and in a resalable condition). This does not apply to personalised, customised or bespoke products, as once in production these goods cannot be cancelled.
3.2 Once a written request has been received, a refund will be made within 30 days - subject to the returned goods having been inspected and deemed to be in a saleable condition.
3.3 If after 7 days of having received the goods you wish to cancel the order for a refund or credit against other goods, the return will be subject to the following:
All goods must be in their intended condition, un-amended, un-customised and un-adapted. 
The box, packaging, and any literature must be fit for resale, and any opened packaging must be suitably resealed for return.
The customer is responsible for the safe return of all goods to the closet business address to the customer. If using a third party carrier, ensure all goods are well packaged, as returned goods damaged in transit will not be acceptable and may affect your refund value or credit value against other goods.
3.4 Incomplete or unsellable goods may affect the refund value.  These conditions do not apply to damaged goods, (please see section 5).

4.1 We do not offer a timed delivery service due to the changeable nature of deliveries, traffic conditions and loading/unloading times at premises. Therefore, it is vital that the customer is at the delivery address between 9am and 6pm to receive and inspect the goods on the delivery date arranged.
4.2 Delivery dates are approximate and we shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
4.3 For smooth delivery we advise that you have sufficiently able porters to assist with your delivery, and that the access to the ground floor of the property is easy and clear of hazards which might culminate in a potential failed-delivery.
4.4 Our delivery drivers will not carry items up internal flights of stairs.
4.5 Should the delivery drivers deem that access, levels of assistance or other factors are preventing safe access and delivery, they are within their rights to fail the delivery. Should an order be cancelled after an unsuccessful delivery attempt, any delivery charges will not be refunded.
4.6 Should a delivery fail through no fault of the company, redelivery of goods may be charged for.
4.7 Goods will not be left without a legible signature from the customer, and the customer’s failure to receive the delivery will result in a failed delivery.
 
   
 
5.1 All goods must be carefully opened and fully inspected with any manufacturing defects or damages being reported to us in writing within a reasonable period of time, which we deem to be 7 working days from date of delivery. Damages reported more than 7 working days after delivery or over a reasonable period of time will be considered to have occurred in the customer’s possession and repair or replacement will be at our sole discretion.
5.2 Any transit damage must be detailed on the carrier’s delivery note at the point of delivery, as we cannot accept liability for any damage occurring during transit by a third party. Most carriers will require a signature that all goods have been received in good condition.
 
   
 
6.1 All complaints must be reported in writing, email or fax to allow us to document and deal with your complaint effectively.
 
   
 
7.1 We strongly advise that you do not book or pay for a fitter to commence work until you have received and checked all elements of your delivery.
7.2 We will not be held liable for costs incurred by the customer due to you acting on an estimated delivery date.
7.3 Our free installation service includes our installers assembling the sauna indoors and giving you a quick demonstration of the sauna functions and features. We reserve the right to abort the installation if the sauna environment is not indoors or has insufficient installation access or space.
7.4 We strongly advise the employ of qualified and reputable trade people to carry out the electrical installation of goods when it comes to fitting your goods. Poor workmanship is not valid grounds for a warranty claim.
 
   
 
8.1 To ensure we offer the most competitive prices wherever possible we reserve the right to adjust prices up or down without prior notice.
8.2 Prices are exempt of errors and omissions.
8.3 Pricing errors will be honoured on a strictly discretionary basis.
8.4 Colours, shades, styles and components pictured in brochures and on websites are representative and may not necessarily be exact or are to be taken as descriptive of the product in question.
 
   
 
9.1 All our products are covered by a 5 year warranty on defects in the wood and glass, and a 2 year warranty on electrical components. The terms of the warranty require that the product is installed by a qualified or experienced electrician.
9.2 The warranty does not cover faults that have been caused by carelessness, misuse, neglect or incorrect installation.
9.3 In the unlikely event of a problem developing, parts and simple replacement instructions will be sent out free of charge to the customer if the unit is within the warranty period - if not, the parts will be made available at cost price.
9.4 Although all the parts in these Saunas have been specifically designed to be easily replaced, it is recommended that a suitably qualified or experienced tresman/electrician is employed to carry out the work.
9.5 Should we be of the opinion that an installation has not been carried out in a satisfactory manner, we reserve the right to request evidence of installation from a qualified electrician. Failure to produce this evidence may result in the warranty being void, and should the installation be deemed to be incorrect we may seek to recover any reasonable fees we have incurred resulting from the issue.
9.6 Any amendment, customisation or adaptation of the product, will invalidate the warranty unless written consent is obtained from us beforehand.
