Saunas can be difficult to install and should only be taken on by a competent DIYer or a professional joiner. This is why we include free delivery and installation with all our saunas.
Our professionally trained installers will arrive at your house and assemble your sauna within 2 hours.
They will make sure no packaging or installation debris is left in your house and will also give you a quick demonstration of the sauna functions and features before they leave.
Please note that some of our larger saunas require an electrician to wire in the sauna and increase the kW of your supply. Recent legislation requires all work involving wiring into mains electricity to be carried out by a qualified professional, or to be checked by a council official after the work is completed.
This could also be carried out by a competent DIY enthusiast, but you must ensure you are in compliance with this and other electrical safety regulations. Please call us if you require any further information. |

Each unit will arrive in several parts. Our installer will be able to put one of our products together within 2 hours including a quick demonstration of the sauna functions.
The only requirement for the majority of our saunas is a standard electricity supply, although some of the larger units will require an electrician to wire in the sauna and increase the kW. Please check each products requirements individually before you purchase for further details on this. We also recommend that the product is positioned on a flat tiled floor and not carpeted, vinyl or laminate as these are often not waterproof or stable enough to support the sauna unit. This will also allow for easy cleaning.
We also recommend that you allow for at least a foot of space around your sauna for easy installation, but otherwise, that’s it! You’re ready to go. These units are more like appliances than household fittings – you do not need to seal them against the wall, and can, if you want, take them with you easily when you move house.
