| All of our products are delivered and installed free of charge. Our Installation Team will even be able to let you know an approximate time of arrival for your convenience. Our professionally trained installers will arrive at your house and assemble your sauna within 2 hours. They will make sure no packaging or installation debris is left in your house and will also give you a quick demonstration of the sauna functions and features. |

| Simply Saunas will always strive to deliver your product as quickly as possible after the order has been received. It is important that the following points are noted after ordering your new sauna: |

It is vital that the customer is at the delivery address between 9am and 6pm to receive and inspect the goods on the delivery date arranged. |

Delivery dates are approximate and no liability can be accepted for direct or indirect costs
resulting from cancelled, late or failed deliveries. |

| • |
For a smooth delivery we advise that the access to the ground floor of the property is easy and clear of hazards which might culminate in a potential failed-delivery. |

Should the carrier/installer deem that access, assistance or other factors are hindering/preventing safe access and delivery, they are within their rights to fail the delivery. |

Should goods have to be redelivered due to the customer not being at the delivery address on the approximate date given, insufficient access or lack of able porters, the company holds at their discretion the right to charge for the attempted delivery, with a new delivery being chargeable. |

| • |
When only delivery, not installing, goods will not be left without a legible signature from the customer, and the customer’s failure to receive the delivery will result in a failed delivery. Should an order be cancelled after an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the delivery charge will not be refunded. |

| It is also very important that all goods are inspected upon arrival and installation, so that any defects, lost parts or damage from transit can be picked up immediately. |

All goods not installed on the premises must be carefully opened and fully inspected and any manufacturing defects or damages must be reported to us in writing within 7 working days of delivery. Resolution options will follow. |

Any transit damage must be detailed on the carrier’s delivery note at the point of delivery, as we cannot accept liability for any damage occurring during transit by a third party. The carrier will require a signature that all goods have been received in good condition. |
